All tickets are sent by next-day couriers.
We use a range of Parcelforce, CityLink and Target couriers.
Items are normally delivered between 8.30am and 6pm.
Please ensure someone is at the specified delivery address between these times, as you need to sign for the delivery. If no-one is at the address when the courier arrives, they will leave a card and you will need to re-arrange delivery direct with the couriers.
Due to the number of parcels we send, we don't normally get full tracking information until the parcel is with the customer - so very often we cannot pass on a parcel tracking number, or track whereabouts a parcel is until a day after its been delivered or misdelivered.
If by 5pm you don't have your parcel and you are expecting a delivery, feel free to contact us by our online form, including your Invoice Number and expected delivery address. One of our despatch guys will chase it up directly with the company and then email you back details.
