Here is a selection of frequently asked questions that we get sent to us via email.
Q. How do I place an order?
A. Take a look at our prices, then use our online order form or send us an email to place your order. We'll get straight back to you with an invoice and proof for you to approve.
Q. How quickly can I get my tickets?
A. This depends on a few things. The quicker you pay or get us your design, the quicker you get your tickets. If we are designing your ticket for you, you may need to allow us 24-48 hours to do this for you. The best solution is PLAN! Come to us as soon as possible and you can get your order quicker. The maximum time you can expect to wait for your tickets at the very busiest time is 10 working days, although most jobs are completed in 5 working days. Our standard turnaround schedule is as long as have payment and confirmed artwork before Midday on Tuesday, you'll get your tickets on the Friday.
Q. I need my tickets by XXX - can you GUARENTEE they will be here?
A. No, we will and cannot guarentee a ticket delivery date, so please dont ask. We work on a first-come, first-served basis and work as fast as we can to deliver orders on time. Therefore we cannot go faster or bump your order up the chain. Thats just plain unfair to our other customers! We will give you an estimated delivery date with your order. If you stick to our standard turnaround schedule, you won't go far wrong.
Q. How will my tickets be delivered?
A. All tickets are sent by next-day couriers. We use Parcelforce, CityLink and Target couriers. Items will be delivered between 8.30am and 6pm. Please ensure someone is at the specified delivery address between these times. If no-one is at the address when the courier arrives, they will leave a card and you will need to re-arrange delivery direct with the couriers.
Q. I want full colour tickets - can you help?
A. Yes we can, please contact us for a quote. Full colour tickets seem to be the most economical for orders of 1000+.
Q. Do you offer a design service?
A. We are happy to design your ticket and a reverse side for free, aswell as make changes to a proof until its correct. Any additional designs required within your order will be subject to a £5 design charge.
Q. How do I know my tickets will be of good quality?
A. We utilise high quality presses for your tickets and employ specialist staff to make sure your order is nothing but the highest quality. Our products are not your standard cheap looking raffle-style tickets, but professional quality items used the World over. Tickets are printed on security controlled 100gsm bonded paper. Do not be fooled by cheaper or "fancy-looking" tickets - our tickets are produced with security and professionalism in mind! You only need to buy a ticket from any record store, or any Academy venue, to see our work in action.
